When people think about wellness, they often think about exercise, nutrition, sleep, or stress management.
Far fewer people stop to consider their spiritual wellbeing.
I'm not talking about religion.I'm talking about connection.
Connection to yourself.
Connection to your values.
Connection to a sense of purpose.
Connection to something greater than yourself.
In my experience, when we're disconnected from those things, we often feel it everywhere else. We may feel restless, stuck, overwhelmed, or like something is missing even when life looks "fine" on paper.
Recently, I had the opportunity to join Linda Golik on the Emplify Health podcast to talk about spiritual wellness and the role it plays in our overall health and wellbeing.
We explored how spiritual wellness influences mental, emotional, and physical health, along with practical ways to cultivate more meaning, alignment, and connection in daily life.
