Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working as a clinician, Behavioral Health Director, clinical supervisor, adjunct professor, and group practice owner. Those experiences have given me the opportunity to see the mental health field from multiple perspectives—and one lesson has remained consistent: where you work matters.

I'm passionate about helping clinicians build sustainable, fulfilling careers by choosing workplaces that support ethical practice, professional growth, and personal well-being. My trainings are practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world experience, blending evidence-informed concepts with honest conversations about the realities of working in our field.
