As things are ramping up and the election is coming ever closer, I thought I would share this with everyone. This is a very interesting tool to help awaken self-awareness around polarization and provide some helpful tools and ideas to come to potentially fractious conversations with more calm and peace of mind. Check it out! ✨🙏💖

As I was reflecting this weekend and this year that has passed, the phrase "growing a garden of gratitude" came to mind.

I am grateful for dear friends and family, for those who trust me, who confide in me, who share their love, support, wisdom, tenderness and authenticity.

I am grateful for this earth, our mother who nurtures us, feeds us, energizes us, and wraps us in her warm embrace.

I am grateful for the universal flow, for bringing us infinite possibilities, perfect connections, right timing and an ever-expanding growth into Love.

I am grateful to You, for trusting me to walk with you on your journey toward wholeness, through body, mind, heart and soul awareness.

May you and yours be blessed this holiday season and always with Love, Joy and a deep sense of well-being ✨🙏💖🌿🌎☀️🌈🪷✨
