Today is national SPF day! 🧴☀️

Even through the cloudy weather it’s still important to have a good SPF routine!

☀️Apply a 30 SPF 15-20 minutes before going outdoors, reapply every 2-4 hours (or after swimming/sweating!) and also being mindful that even if you’re indoors UVA rays can still pe*****te through glass.

☀️Daily sun protection is one of the most effective ways to prevent premature aging, helping reduce wrinkles, dark spots, and skin damage while also lowering the risk of skin cancer caused by harmful UV exposure.
