It may not just be your back muscles. Tight hips and a weak or unstable core can put extra pressure on your lower back, especially if you sit for long hours. 🪑

Try checking your hip mobility. If one leg lifts when you pull the other knee toward your chest, your hips may be tight and your core may need more stability work. ✅
