Hi! 🌿 I’m Josee, the massage therapist at Astral 💫 I’ve been so lucky to have found a friend like Sophie (many moons ago) and to work in such a beautiful establishment for two years now. Our treatment room is my dream space to be able to serve clients and share my passion with the world - massage!
I have a wide variety of bodywork styles I use as every session is unique and curated towards the needs of each individual client. Whether it’s deep tissue, trigger point work, lymphatic drainage or relaxation focused, I strive for each session to be deeply therapeutic. I love being able to switch up modalities and provide total mind & body connection for whoever is on my table.
Outside of my career, you’ll most likely find me outside in the garden, woods, or anywhere I can get some dirt under my nails. I love learning new things as I’ve recently been trying out different methods of preserving fresh fruits/veggies, crocheting techniques, and all things surrounding motherhood. Life has taken a turn for me this past year as I step into month seven of my pregnancy and get ready for my sweet girl to be earthside.
With that being said, I will be on maternity leave December through February! I plan on having gift cards available for purchase this holiday season and will be able to honor those once I’m back in the treatment room.
