Nena Complo - Holistic Doula & Yoga Teacher

Nena Complo - Holistic Doula & Yoga Teacher Nena Complo is a Holistic Doula & Childbirth Educator, yoga teacher, devoted dancer, and herbal maker Nena has been serving childbearing women since 2013.

She is a Certified Holistic Birth & Postpartum Doula through Whapio & the Matrona. Nena is currently immersed in the Birthkeepers Mentorship Cohort at the Matrona, where she is also pursuing her degree in Holistic Midwifery. In addition to her birth studies & work, Nena has completed 240 hours of training in Ayurvedic postpartum care with the Sacred Window School and the Center for Sacred Window S

tudies, as well as 700+ hours of yoga teacher training, including certifications in Elemental Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy. Nena is a self-taught herbalist and a student of healing dance.

I am leading a donation based, pay what you can, Breastfeeding Support Clinic at my Office in West Columbia.
My goal is to raise awareness about the impact consistent breastfeeding education and support has on our community by helping families meet their infant feeding goals.
