Due to random new client no shows, I now require a 50% non refundable deposit for all new clients during booking.
1) If you do not show up to your appointment, you lose your deposit. If you want to book with me again, full payment will be required there after.
2) If you let me know 24 hrs in advance we can reschedule the appointment no problem.
3) If there is a special circumstance and I’m notified before I set up/ usually within two hours of your appointment we can make arrangements to reschedule, but full payment will be required to reschedule.
4) mobile appointments - full payment is always required in advance for all clients.

Please be respectful of my time. It costs me time & money to show up, set up & prepare for your high maintenance experience.
