We are reopening our doors at 117 Ardmore Avenue and celebrating over 50 years of serving older adults in our community.

PALM has always been about connection, support, and creating a place where people feel welcomed. This reopening reflects that commitment with updated spaces, expanded programs, and new opportunities to engage.

Both Rachel of Pro Lifestyle Nutrition and Brandon of Engage gym in Ardmore spoke about the importance of nutrition and strength training for bone health.
