Meet Francis Foster!
Francis began her healthcare journey in 2002 after being inspired by caring for her niece. Having previously provided private care for residents at Elmbrook, she fell in love with the environment and knew it was somewhere she wanted to work! Her future goal is to continue growing in healthcare and become an LPN! 🩺

Meet Heather Owens!
Heather began her nursing journey right here at Elmbrook on October 13, 2026, as a Nurse Aide Trainee (NAT)! Her passion for helping others inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare. Heather's goal is simple but meaningful — to be the very best at whatever she does! ❤️

👏 We are so excited to have both Francis and Heather as part of Team Elmbrook! We look forward to watching them grow and succeed while making a difference in the lives of our residents!

The Elmbrook team volunteered at the local soup kitchen to lend a helping hand to those in need. We believe that together, we can make a difference by supporting one another and strengthening our community.
