The controversy around dry needling continues. Also referred to as orthopedic acupuncture, dry needling is a technique that breaks up muscle adhesions. I use it a lot it's very effective in neck, shoudler, back and other pain - especially combined with graston technique which we call gua sha. Currently a physical therapist is not allowed to dry needle in PA but legislation is moving towards allowing this in scope of practice. I counsel people to choose someone who needles often not just a weekend course and every once in awhile. My technique is not as aggressive as a PT but patients find it just as effective. New Monday hours in Conshy! I will be starting at the new Healing Arts Center location in Conshohocken starting on November 11th.
Receive free mini acu treatments at this location Saturday, November 9th from 12-3.

Our Conshohocken office is located just a block off Fayette St at the corner of 8th and Harry St. There is ample parking on all sides of the building.
