A customer asked if I could make our Giacomo Italian Hoagie, which is a double meat and cheese hoagie from our original Italian, because she used to get it when she came into our market. She drove over an hour away to pick up her order. I accommodated her and it brought back memories making them! 🙏❤️❤️ Aged provolone, genoa salami, soppressata Capicola, mortadella, lettuce, tomato and sliced onion with olive or and vinegar.

They also ordered a whole ricotta cheese pie, and I did a 2 pound pastry bag filled with our cannoli cream and a package of cannoli shells. Happy happy!! 😃 ❤️❤️🇮🇹🇮🇹

This week was prepping for a birthday party and wedding. The weekend is cooking and chicken cutlets are always on my clients menu for chicken parmigiana!!
