Happy Friday!🥰 One of my most requested entrées when a client has a Private Chef dinner experience with me, is my Chianti W**e Braised Short Ribs with 24 months aged Parmesan Italian creamy Polenta and my Braised Short Rib Ragu with fresh Pappardelle pasta! 🤌🤌 And I have to admit, they are a couple of my favorite things I like to eat. They are simple, minimal ingredients, but a deep luxurious taste and the creamy polenta just adds to the overall pairing of the dish. The fresh Pappardelle pasta adds a nice bite to the Ragu as it clings to the Pasta . ❤️👌🇮🇹🇮🇹🍷
