Testing day and playing with my food!! a slow, Chianti braised beef Ragu served with fresh pappardelle pasta,  fresh Atlantic salmon piccata with a creamy risotto  add a fresh basil pesto and burrata cheese dip with extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, shaved 24 month aged Parmesan and fresh basil! 🇮🇹🇮🇹♥️🥰🤌🤌

It’s time for the first w**e tasting and dinner at my new home Stellini Trattoria! 🥰🇮🇹🇮🇹 Join us for a taste of Tuscan w**es from Tenuta Aurea w**ery in Tuscany Italy!🇮🇹 They will be here visiting us from Tuscany and teaching all about their w**es, pairing them with different Italian cured meats and important Italian cheeses.
