Our relationships can challenge us to grow, while our inner world asks us to meet ourselves with greater understanding. Learning to communicate, repair, set healthy boundaries, and release shame can create space for deeper, more authentic connection.

There is no perfect relationship and no perfect healing journey. Our hope is to create a space and opportunities to keep learning, growing, and showing up with intention.

Sometimes our Fridays mornings are filled with clients, notes, and supervisory meetings.

And sometimes our Fridays look like this. We get to get together get together and connect. We laugh together, cry together, learn from each other, and support each other through the hardships and victories of being therapists.

Both types of Fridays are important. But getting together helps us be healthier therapists 💙
