Ronald Paul Searle passed away at age 66 on October 31, 2022. Ron was a man of great caliber, a legend to many who knew him and an inspiration to all those that knew him.

Our Welding Instructor and dear friend RD and his wife Jodi lost their home and everything in it.

RD was badly injured with 2nd degree burns and taken to the Tucson burn center but will make a full recovery. We are raising money to help them at this difficult time, everything helps.

Arivaca Boy’s Ranch is an inpatient behavioral health facility for teenage boys (aged 13-18). The boys have various individual struggles including anger management, histories of trauma, substance abuse, attachment and mood disorders, and mental health diagnoses.
​
The primary responsibility of this position is to be a positive mentor and role model to our residents and to facilitate a safe and caring environment. If accepted you will be working with 5-10 teenage boys in a bunkhouse and guiding them through their day at the ranch (staff has separate sleeping arrangements).

The schedule is divided into two “rotations”, shifts last 3-4 days and are followed by 3-4 days off at a time. Free accommodation and meals are offered on-site for workers during their shift.

Pay starts at $170 per day and increases as training milestones are hit.

We are currently offering a $350 signing bonus to people who can start immediately.

‣ Clinical Documentation
