What a fun-filled time at Lutheran Home and Hearthstone!

From Music for the Ages, which brought residents together with children from Shepherd’s Flock Child Care for a special intergenerational experience, to a wonderful chat with Bill G. and entertainment from the Jersey Brothers, there were plenty of opportunities to connect and enjoy time together! 🎶🎤💛

We also enjoyed a relaxing game of Scrabble before wrapping up the week with a festive Creamsicle Social and Bingo.

So many smiles, meaningful connections and memorable moments shared throughout the week, and there’s even more to come. Stay tuned!

🎶 Beautiful Harmonies at Hearthstone!

Hearthstone at Lutheran Home was filled with music as the New Tradition Chorus Acapella Singing Group treated residents to a wonderful performance! From beautiful harmonies to familiar melodies, it was a special afternoon of music, smiles and connection. 💛

Sunshine, smiles and special connections filled the day during a beautiful picnic with children from Shepherd’s Flock!

Hearthstone residents and the children enjoyed spending time together, sharing laughs and making memories across generations. These intergenerational moments are a wonderful reminder of the meaningful connections that happen when generations come together. 💕

⚾ Crosstown Classic fun at Lutheran Home!

Baseball, good food and great company made for a winning combination! More than 70 residents and staff joined us for a Crosstown Classic lunch featuring ballpark favorites like hot dogs, fries, nachos, Cracker Jacks, ice cream and refreshing drinks.

And, of course, a few diehard fans stayed until the very end to cheer on their team! ❤️💙

It was a fun afternoon filled with friendly rivalry, connections and plenty of team spirit!
