Summer tends to disrupt sleep more than any other season. And most people do not realize how much it is affecting them until the season ends.

Longer daylight hours, heat, irregular schedules, and late evenings all work against the biological conditions your body needs for quality sleep. The result is an accumulated tiredness that gets attributed to being busy rather than being chronically under-slept.

Sleep is not a passive recovery state. It is when the body regulates hormones, consolidates memory, repairs tissue, and clears metabolic waste. What happens while you sleep shapes how you function during every hour you are awake.

The patients who take a few minutes to leave a review have no idea how much it moves the needle for someone who has never experienced care like this.

It is often the thing that gives someone who has been looking for something different the confidence to finally take that first step. Reading that a physician actually listened. That the appointment did not feel rushed. That they left feeling like a person and not a chart.
