Lip filler can absolutely be a layered process based on your desired outcome.

This client began with 1 full syringe of Volbella to establish initial shape and structure in the lips. After her 3.5 week follow-up, she requested additional fullness, specifically in the upper lip and overall lip volume.

We then added most of a syringe of Juvederm Ultra to build further volume and enhance projection while maintaining symmetry between the top and bottom lips.

The result is a more pronounced, pouty lip shape with clearly increased fullness and definition, especially in the upper lip, in line with the client’s aesthetic goals.

This is a good example of how lip filler can be adjusted over time to match the level of enhancement someone is actually looking
