You can do SO MUCH, but first you need to know what’s possible and how you can get there.

The HYROX race, the marathon, the 5-rounds-in-5-days golf trip… it’s there waiting for you to make it happen.

We see people all the time who tried rehabbing things alone or decided they would cut corners - getting only passive treatment like adjustments and massage without trying to actually build capacity for what they’re trying to do…

Or massively under-loading themselves long-term because they don’t know how to do it safely.

Go nuclear. If it’s a problem for you, find the people or the place you trust to fix it and go do it.

You’re worth it. I promise life is better on the other side of it.

Free pilot program for volleyball clubs in Arlington, Mansfield, and Grand Prairie🏐

We’re testing something new this season — a free 30-45 minute team screening (force plate testing, same tech used at the college/pro level) for 4 volleyball teams. Right at your facility, before practice, no cost.

In one session we can show a team exactly how their jump, agility, and movement compare to other players their age, and and whether there’s a hidden imbalance that’s putting someone at risk for injury before it happens.

Club dues aren’t refundable. A season lost to injury isn’t either.

DM us and we’ll send you details you can pass straight to your coach or club to see if this is something they’d want to bring in. 👇

We find issues on the treadmill, but those are usually easy corrections. Things like overstriding or cadence.

The real issues are usually somewhere else. 🏃

Sometimes it’s training load. How fast you built mileage, or how your training was structured leading up to now.

And sometimes it’s what shows up in strength testing and on the force plate. Imbalances or power deficits that are quietly causing a lot of the other issues we see.

That’s why a real running assessment isn’t just a gait analysis. It’s training history, running analysis, strength, and power, all looked at together.

In the Arlington or Mansfield area? Comment RUN and we’ll get you some info on our Running Injury Assessment! 📲

Force plate testing (especially when combined with strength testing) gives us the data we need to make good decisions for running and jumping athletes.

- Power and explosiveness
- Braking to change direction
- Limb Symmetry (for both performance and injury prevention)

This data can be eye-opening and help you understand where you’re lacking, and what it means for you to really get back to your best.

I haven’t spent the time working on my right leg after a few injuries over the last 5 years, and I can’t exactly deny it once we put numbers to it.

Time to get to work.

Who’s needs the next reality check?

Special thanks to Kourtney for being an absolute savage. I guess this is what I asked for. 🤷🏻‍♂️

High-level athletes like Coach Tevin (Former Razorback DB and current D1 Training Mansfield head coach) don’t stop performing just because something hurts.

They’re REALLY good at finding ways to compensate and keep going.

He jumped in the 99th percentile for vertical height.

The issue: With measurements on the force plates, we can tell he did that even though one of his legs wasn’t pulling its weight.

Combine that data with a relevant injury history and current symptoms in that knee, and you start to build a much clearer picture of what’s going on.

That’s why we test.

Not to chase perfect symmetry or find something “wrong,” but to understand how an athlete is moving so we can make better decisions about rehab, performance, and reducing unnecessary stress on the body.

Returning to sport means:
- Meeting all the physical standards (strength, mobility, pain status) you need to play
- Gradual re-introduction of the activity with planned steps
- Staying patient with the plan
- Building yourself up to be better than you were before an injury

Skip any of these, and you might be back on the sidelines sooner than you expect.

If you’re stuck on the injury-reinjury wheel, come see us and we’ll help you figure out why, and how to overcome it. We offer free discovery calls to see if we’re the right fit for you. Grab a slot on the website!
