For our 5th anniversary, friends, family, patients, colleagues, and members of the Body Harmony community sent in messages to help us celebrate Dr. Ellen, Body Harmony of Arlington, our amazing massage therapists, and YOU--the community we’re grateful to serve, support, and care for.

She was completely surprised (and yes, there were tears), and she wanted to make sure everyone who contributed knew just how much it meant to her.

Thank you, Arlington Chamber of Commerce for celebrating with us! It was a truly unforgettable evening. The biggest surprise was a video montage of messages from patients around the world sharing what Body Harmony has meant to them. It was a powerful reminder that while we provide healthcare, what we’re really building is a community.

What a tasty, healthy treat Hormbles Chormbles (pronounced horm-bulls ch-orm-bulls) provided for our event last night. They make delicious "protein candy" designed to taste and feel like traditional chocolate. Special shout out to MASA Chips for supplying the chips for our event. Masa chips are made with only three simple ingredients: organic corn, grass-fed tallow, and sea salt. This Thursday, we're celebrating 5 years of Body Harmony of Arlington and we'd love to thank the community that has supported us along the way.

Whether you've been a patient for years, visited us once, or have never been through our doors, you're invited! If you've ever been curious about who we are or what we do, this is a great chance to meet our team, tour the office, connect with neighbors, and learn more about our approach to chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage—all in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.

We'll have light refreshments, custom anniversary cookies, giveaways, and plenty of time to mingle with our team and fellow Arlington community members.
