Some visits start with a gentle physical and emotional check-in. Other days, I simply step in where I’m needed most.

Maybe that looks like holding your toddler while I make breakfast, folding laundry, washing dishes, or changing a diaper. Because postpartum isn’t just about recovery, it’s about support.

This season is meant for rest, nourishment, and care. But asking for help isn’t always easy, and sometimes you don’t even know what you need.
That’s where I come in.
�I make sure you’re fed, hydrated, and able to rest. I help carry the load so you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m not here to replace anyone, just to be a steady, supportive part of your village during one of life’s most sacred seasons.
