I didn't walk into that room as somebody who has it all figured out. I've been where these guys are, harsh words that stuck, pressure to perform, still learning how to run my own choices through the same question I gave them today: does this reflect who God's shaping me to become, or am I just performing for the room?

We used a feelings wheel to actually name what we feel instead of stuffing it. We closed with a pressure map, what's ours to carry and what isn't. Nobody in that room, me included, has this fully figured out. That's kind of the point.
