Today we celebrated Dr. Bryce with a staff breakfast to show our appreciation for all he does for Eagle Family Dental!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Julia Fredrickson to the Eagle Family Dental team!

Dr. Fredrickson is a Washington native who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Wellesley College in Massachusetts, where she also competed on the NCAA varsity softball team. After returning home to Washington, she worked as a dental assistant before attending the University of Washington School of Dentistry. During dental school, she was heavily involved in community service and served as student body president.

Dr. Fredrickson believes great dentistry starts with listening. She takes the time to understand her patients’ concerns, explain their options, and make every visit as comfortable and informative as possible. Her attention to detail and meticulous approach to dentistry make her a great fit with the way we care for patients at Eagle Family Dental.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fredrickson and her husband love staying active. You’ll often find them skiing, hiking, taking long trail walks, or competing together on co-ed sports teams. She’s also recently become an avid reader after joining a book club with friends.

We’re incredibly excited to have Dr. Fredrickson joining our team and serving our patients here in Arlington. Please help us give her a warm Eagle Family Dental welcome!

Help us celebrate Kim’s 36th anniversary! From starting as a dental assistant to now taking care of all our insurance billing, Kim has been an incredible part of our Eagle family.

Today we celebrated Shelby, starting the morning with a coffee delivery from K&M Coffee Company and some ’80s and ’90s pop playing in the background. We switched things up in the afternoon with a little Green Day!

Of course, we had to celebrate with a delicious cheesecake for her birthday treat!

Shelby is not only one of our amazing dental assistants, but she also helps with the majority of our lab work for our doctors. She plays such an integral role in keeping our practice running smoothly, and we truly appreciate everything she does for our team. ❤️

We all love Shelby and feel so lucky to have her as part of our work family. We had such a fun day celebrating her.

We are celebrating our front office team member, Danielle, on six years with Eagle Family Dental!

Danielle is one of the first friendly faces our patients see when they walk through our doors. She is always so welcoming and kind. She does an amazing job making our patients feel comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to explain things clearly and is always there to help however she can.

We feel so lucky to have Danielle as part of our Eagle Family Dental team! Thank you, Danielle, for six wonderful years of dedication, kindness, and everything you do for our patients and our team.

We started the day with drinks delivered from K&M Coffee Company.

We enjoyed a yummy berry crisp for her birthday dessert, and the playlist of choice for the day was 90s R&B!

Elizabeth is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. She does so much to help our office run smoothly. She’s our official artist and techie girl! Whether we need creative help, a technology fix, or just someone willing to jump in and lend a hand, Elizabeth is always there.

We are celebrating our amazing hygienist, Kelsey, as she marks one year with Eagle Family Dental!

Kelsey has been such a wonderful addition to our team, and we feel incredibly fortunate that she chose to join our Eagle Family. She is incredibly skilled at what she does, but it’s her kindness, sweetness, and genuine care for everyone around her that makes her so special.

She’s always ready to lend a hand, jump in wherever she’s needed, and make our team and our patients feel cared for.

For the past five years, Dr. Gavin has been providing exceptional care, creating beautiful smiles, and making a lasting impact on so many of our patients. It’s no secret that our patients absolutely adore him and we can definitely see why!

He is not only an excellent dentist, but also someone who brings kindness, dedication, and genuine care to every patient he sees. We are incredibly lucky to have him as part of our Eagle Family!
