🦷 A history built on connection. A future focused on progress.

The Dental Trade Alliance was officially established in 2004, but our story reaches back more than a century.

DTA grew from the legacies of organizations that helped shape the dental trade in North America for generations. While the industry has changed tremendously over the years, one idea has remained constant: we are stronger when we work together.

From advancing education and strengthening relationships across the industry to advocating on behalf of the dental community, generations of members and leaders have helped shape DTA into the organization it is today.

We’re proud of where we’ve been and excited about where our members will take us next.

The dental industry is stronger when we come together. 🦷

At the Dental Trade Alliance, bringing people together is at the heart of what we do. Across DTA events, programs and initiatives, members have opportunities to build relationships, exchange ideas and learn from leaders and peers throughout the dental community.

Whether it’s a conversation at the Annual Meeting, a new perspective shared through Women in Dentistry, or insights gained at Mini-Dental School, every connection creates an opportunity to learn, grow and move our industry forward.

These moments help members stay informed, discover new ideas and build relationships that extend far beyond a single event.

DTA is proud to create the spaces where those connections happen and where every part of the dental industry can come together around a shared commitment to its future.

Because when our industry connects, we can accomplish more together.

💙 Membership That Matters

For Amelia Williamson DeStefano, Market Content Director at Dental Group, being part of the Dental Trade Alliance means being connected to an industry that can make a difference beyond products, sales, and market growth.

Through the DTA Foundation, that connection extends even further. Grants, education, and support for the next generation of dental professionals turn the resources and relationships within our industry into meaningful action for oral health.

That's what the DTA and having a membership that matters is all about: bringing the dental industry together, strengthening our community, and creating an impact that reaches beyond business.

Thank you, Amelia, for sharing what being part of Dental Trade Alliance and supporting the DTA Foundation means to you.
