BHOF Vice President of Public Health & Policy Andrea Medeiros, MPH, is representing BHOF at the symposium, which brings together women state legislators and health care leaders to discuss challenges and opportunities arising from recent federal changes to state Medicaid policy.

Public policy plays an important role in access to osteoporosis screening, diagnosis, treatment and fracture prevention. BHOF values the opportunity to contribute to conversations that can strengthen bone health and improve health outcomes in communities across the country.
