Are all team members assigned? Did the client request anything special? Are we staying on schedule? Did we complete the touchpoints and high-traffic areas?
And while we’re thinking about all of that…
We’re remembering alarm codes. Keeping track of building-specific preferences. Monitoring quality. Coordinating crews. Planning the most efficient route through each facility. Noticing maintenance concerns. Double-checking that every space is left exactly the way our clients expect.
