โ๏ธ A Smoothie a day keeps the good vibes at bay! What helps me find balance when I am moving or stressed?! My health routines, my nutrition. Did you know your gut is your second brain - ๐ง it runs everything. ๐คญ๐๐งก I have the same wild blueberry detoxing morning smoothie every morning- but sometimes I also like to mix it up with a different smoothie throughout the day!
This one is perfect for hydration, hair & skin health , inflammation & chronic pain.
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder OR juiced turmeric
1 1/2 thumb size of peeled ginger root ๐ซ
1/3 cup frozen mango OR 1 Orange ๐ฅญ
1/3 cup frozen pineapple ๐
Coconut Water ๐ฆ
Optional; adding in Vanilla Collagen Or vanilla plant protein ๐ฎโ๐จ I barely ever use protein powders anymore - I get enough from eating whole foods daily, my focus on nutrition has moved into less packaged products, & simplicity ( it also has benefited me tremendously financially and my husband and I have noticed the most benefits from solely whole foods, simplicity! ) Plant protein does add great flavor when used, however you could also add a serving of h**p seeds, flax and or chia seeds to any smoothie for extra protein, fiber & healthy fats for hormones.
