โ˜€๏ธ A Smoothie a day keeps the good vibes at bay! What helps me find balance when I am moving or stressed?! My health routines, my nutrition. Did you know your gut is your second brain - ๐Ÿง  it runs everything. ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿงก I have the same wild blueberry detoxing morning smoothie every morning- but sometimes I also like to mix it up with a different smoothie throughout the day!

This one is perfect for hydration, hair & skin health , inflammation & chronic pain.

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder OR juiced turmeric
1 1/2 thumb size of peeled ginger root ๐Ÿซš
1/3 cup frozen mango OR 1 Orange ๐Ÿฅญ
1/3 cup frozen pineapple ๐Ÿ
Coconut Water ๐Ÿ’ฆ
Optional; adding in Vanilla Collagen Or vanilla plant protein ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ I barely ever use protein powders anymore - I get enough from eating whole foods daily, my focus on nutrition has moved into less packaged products, & simplicity ( it also has benefited me tremendously financially and my husband and I have noticed the most benefits from solely whole foods, simplicity! ) Plant protein does add great flavor when used, however you could also add a serving of h**p seeds, flax and or chia seeds to any smoothie for extra protein, fiber & healthy fats for hormones.

This Herbal Cold Mocktail is amazing for Summer. ๐ŸŒบ I love my warming beverages too especially in the evenings but this makes the perfect refresher!
Before making this drink brew a cold infusion of hibiscus Tea >
Add the hibiscus flowers to a pitcher or jar.
Pour in the cold water.
Cover and refrigerate for 8โ€“12 hours OR let sit in the Sunshine to brew .โ˜€๏ธ
Strain out the flowers.
Grab a glass-
muddle 2-3 mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ
2-3 strawberries ๐Ÿ“
Why? Muddling mint and strawberries at the beginning of a drink helps release their flavor, aroma, and juices into the mocktail.
Grab a shaker or use a mixer add in a 1/2 cup hibiscus Tea, 1/2 Coconut water, a 1/2 lime juiced and optional a teaspoon of honey- mix mix mix & pour into your glass & enjoy! You could be extra & add cute ice cubes, and salt the rim with honey & sea salt ๐Ÿ˜‰ enjoy!

12 years ago today, I lost my father unexpectedly. The pain has softened, but the memories, his humor, and both my motherโ€™s & fatherโ€™s empathic heart of gold remain with me every day. I reflect on the beautiful memories today. ๐Ÿ’›

For a long time, I struggled with how to handle my grief and turned to outlets that werenโ€™t serving me. At one point I thought I was fully healed, but there were still wounds to work on, I understood this after revisiting a past me that didnโ€™t serve. Six years ago, I closed that chapter for good. I chose to face my pain, heal, grow, and forgive the version of myself who was simply doing her best to survive. I stopped doing & consuming things that didnโ€™t serve me, I decided to heal Raw- which means no substances, no medications to numb you, just sitting with & deeply healing your wounds.

When I released the guilt, self-doubt, and attachment to the past, everything began to shift. New opportunities appeared because I finally believed I was worthy of them.

Healing isnโ€™t about avoiding painโ€”itโ€™s about giving it a healthy place to go. You are allowed to evolve. You are allowed to move on. And sometimes, the biggest breakthrough comes from recognizing your own worth!

My coaching goes far beyond health and wellness. I help people navigate sobriety, grief, trauma, and lifeโ€™s challenges so they can heal deeply and step into their fullest potential. Ive relearned this for myself many times, and I think its so important to share your story with others. You may think youโ€™re not making a difference by sharing and simply just being personable and kind to others but you truly are! ๐Ÿฆ‹ It truly doesnโ€™t matter what your career is, YOU can impact people on a daily basis no matter what you do!

Iโ€™ve been juicing since 2016. Through nutrition, herbal medicine, exercise, and consistency, I was able to heal my severe digestive issues, cystic acne, and find balance with PCOS. A few years ago, after our big city move and some health challenges, I fell off trackโ€”and new symptoms returned especially my acne . Once I got back to my healing habits, especially daily juicing and stress management, the results came back!!!! My Second experience healing naturally & now I will never stop my routines, they work. My chronic migraines & headaches have improved too!

Consistency matters. Holistic healing takes time, patience, and finding what works for your body. I see some influencers who disagree with juicing, my opinion is to follow those who have actually healed or are healing from something you are going thru, a person cannot truly understand or comprehend unless they have been thru healing themselves. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

โ€ข 1 bunch celery

โ€ข 4โ€“6 leaves lacinato kale ๐Ÿฅฌ

Optional: Lemon ๐Ÿ‹ or ginger. (I prefer skipping ginger in this one for a more cooling effect on the body for Summer, yet ginger tea daily is a staple for my inflammation )

I donโ€™t know about you but I have been exhausted! I actually feel really good, but just a sleepy head that wants to chill ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿผ I have been a sleeping machine, like bedtime before 7pm. Moving does that to me too, but I had a feeling it was also environmental! SO I did what I do best- ๐Ÿค“ I studied what was going on so you didnโ€™t have too!

What is a Geomagnetic Storm?!
The Sun sometimes blasts out huge clouds of electrically charged particles and magnetic fields called coronal mass ejections (CMEs). When one of these reaches Earth, it collides with Earthโ€™s magnetic field (the magnetosphere), causing the magnetic field to wobble and surge. Thatโ€™s what we call a geomagnetic storm. โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒ

For this particular geomagnetic storm, the strongest effects were expected on June 4โ€“5, and forecasts suggested conditions would gradually weaken on June 6.

Geomagnetic storms happen regularly, but most are mild. This one was a G3-G4 if my information is correct, G3 meaning it was strong and usually happens a few times a year. G4 very strong & happens every few years.

What can this do?! - Well it can cause us to be exhausted ๐Ÿ˜ด, are nervous systems may need a break. We are energy, so anything environmental impacts us. It can also cause flare ups with health issues especially headaches, migraines, brain fog, digestion, vivid dreams, cravings, irritability. Yet it is supposed to let up today, and just like everyday take care of yourself extra right now- but honor when your body needs extra rest and self care.
