✨ Meet Theresa, BSN, RN! ✨
At Accent On You Cosmetic Surgery Center & Medi Spa in Arlington, Texas, exceptional plastic surgery care starts with an experienced, compassionate team. Today, we’re introducing Theresa, one of the dedicated registered nurses who helps make every patient’s experience feel personal, comfortable, and supported.
With over 25 years of nursing experience in critical care, post-anesthesia care (PACU), and the operating room, Theresa brings invaluable knowledge and a genuine passion for patient care to our Arlington plastic surgery practice.
For the past two years, Theresa has worked alongside Dr. Yuki Nakamura, but her connection to Accent On You began long before she joined our surgical team!
In 2004, Theresa was actually a patient of Dr. Nakamura’s. Having experienced cosmetic surgery from both sides of the operating room gives her a unique perspective on the trust, comfort, and reassurance patients need throughout their surgical journey.
What Theresa loves most about working in plastic surgery is helping patients feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. From preparing patients for surgery to supporting them through recovery, she finds joy in witnessing their transformations and celebrating their confidence along the way.
Outside the operating room, Theresa is an avid gardener with a wicked green thumb! 🌿 Whether she’s creating beautiful outdoor spaces or caring for patients, her nurturing personality, creativity, and positive energy shine through.
For Theresa, nursing has never been just a career. It’s about building relationships, providing exceptional care, and bringing a little laughter and joy into every patient’s day. 🤍
