I don’t think I have taken the time to properly introduce myself. Hi! My name is Kailey and I am a Massage Therapist who owns her own massage practice located in the heart of downtown Arlington. I have been helping people with their pain and injuries for 6 years now by using my knowledge of muscle science and skilled touch. I also use my knowledge to teach others at the Arlington School of Massage teaching kinesiology. My favorite modality to perform is medical massage helping people with specific injuries by targeting the problem areas and well as all of the compensating muscles around the injury. On a more personal note, I love to read, I’m a movie/TV buff, and enjoy spending time with my very old black lab! It would be an absolute honor to help you with your pain so please reach out if you are in need of my services! I am working Tuesday-Saturday!

Did you know that most people know the QL as a low back muscle but it’s not! It’s actually an abdominal muscle that is a very important core stabilizer! However it is such a deep muscle that we can only massage it from the low back or in a side lying position. This muscles is mainly responsible for stabilizing the spine while we walk, run, sit, and even assists with our breathing! Pain from this muscle presents its self as low back pain and can be very uncomfortable! Something I can definitely help you with! Book an appointment now!

So you have plantar fasciitis? Let me give you some tips and basic information of this pesky and painful condition! Plantar fasciitis occurs when the fascia that supports our foot’s arch becomes inflamed. This can be incredibly painful and left untreated can cause other underlying issues throughout the body! Massage is a fantastic treatment option as we can work on the foot as well as the gastrocnemius and calcaneal tendon (also known as the Achilles tendon). These two tissues have a direct connection to the plantar fascia of the foot and should not be ignored! Sound like something you’d like worked on? Contact me and we will get you in the schedule!
