With more than 25 years of experience in embryology and andrology laboratories, Dr. Smith brings extensive expertise to the clinical and laboratory operations behind Cryobank America.

As Laboratory & Tissue Bank Director, Dr. Smith oversees the operation and administration of our clinical laboratory, helping ensure that testing is performed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.

From maintaining rigorous laboratory standards to overseeing qualified personnel and accurate reporting of test results, his leadership plays a key role in the quality and integrity of our laboratory operations.
