✨ Building Our Team, Building Our Future ✨

Last week, Arlington Residence & Rehabilitation Center had the pleasure of hosting a community job fair, and what a fantastic day it was! 💚💙💚

We enjoyed meeting so many wonderful individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Whether they stopped by to learn more about careers in long-term care or accepted a position to join our team, every conversation reminded us why we love what we do.

We're especially excited to welcome our newest team members as they begin their journey with the Arlington family! Together, we'll continue providing compassionate care, meaningful connections, and a place our residents are proud to call home.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make our job fair such a success. We can't wait to see the positive impact our newest hires will have on our residents and our community.

🌸 Growing Something Beautiful Together 🌸

It takes a team to make a place feel like home, and a recent project was the perfect example of that! 💚

Our courtyard is getting a fresh new look thanks to an incredible group effort from our Arlington Residence & Rehabilitation Center team. From planting flowers and spreading mulch to adding the finishing touches, everyone rolled up their sleeves to help make our outdoor space even more beautiful for our residents to enjoy.

A special thank you to our Administrator, Maintenance Director, Maintenance Assistant, Housekeeping/Laundry Director, and Activity Director for jumping in and making this project happen.

And of course... a special shout-out to our HR Director for "supervising" the project! 😂🌿

There's something special about working side by side toward a common goal, and we can't wait to share the finished courtyard with our residents, families, and visitors. Every flower planted is another reminder that little touches of beauty can brighten someone's day.
