Hey Everybody,
in addition to restarting my 4-pack discount program I also recently adjusted my booking schedule so that people can now book sessions at 15 minute intervals. I had been previously using 30 minute intervals. 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, etc. Now you can book a session at 1pm, 1:15, 1:30, 1:45, 2pm. etc. I thought this might allow for some more flexibility for people. Especially if you have some other things that need taking care of in a day.

Hey there!
I'm trying something new today and tomorrow. Anyone that books a massage today or monday will receive a 10% discount!
All you have to do is type in "Sun/Mon discount" when you are booking your appointment, or simply say it to me when I see you for the session. Because lets recognize that Sundays and Mondays are the days we need a massage the most :)

Also, a reminder of the grand opening of the wonderful Feldenkrais movement and healing studio in Arlington today on Mystic st. The space is operated by some good friends and colleagues of mine. Stop by and visit this wonderful space. Open house is between 3-6pm on Sunday and there are an ongoing series of free classes as well. I'll be there too!

Hey Everyone!
It's been great seeing all of my longtime clients as well as meeting some wonderful new clients recently as a result of people recommending me on facebook as well as telling their friends and neighbors. Thank you so much! Personal recommendation is a big part of my profession and I'm very thankful for you!

I hope everyone is having a good week.
I was doing a bit of gardening yesterday and it was a good reminder that an active body can quickly become a sore body :)
