Is your neck pain coming from sitting a lot at work?

Neck pain isn’t always caused by a “tight muscle” or a “pinched nerve.”

One common culprit is myofascial trigger points—tight, irritable knots in the muscles that can refer pain into your neck, shoulders, or even your head.

In this video, I’m demonstrating a simple technique to help reduce muscle tension and improve mobility. While this can provide relief, it’s important to identify the root cause of your pain rather than just treating the symptoms.

✅ Persistent neck stiffness
✅ Pain when turning your head
✅ Muscle tightness after work or training

These are signs your body may need more than just stretching.

If your neck pain has been sticking around, get it evaluated so you can treat the source—not just the symptoms.

📍Save this for later and share it with someone who’s always rubbing their neck.
