Have you ever noticed what a difference music can make? As a midweek pick-me-up, I wanted to try last Friday's meditation (June 5) with a different type of track. This one kind of reminds me of the song Harry and Hermione dance to when they're traveling through the forest in the Deathly Hallows movie. I'd love to hear which one YOU liked better. Did you catch the Blue Moon last night?

This week's practice includes an exploration of the effect of the moon on the tides and the treasures found in the tidal pools left behind when the ocean ebbs and flows.

It is centered around change, uncertainty, and trusting lifeโ€™s natural rhythms. Through a calming visualization and gentle Sama Vritti (equal breathing) breathwork, we explore the idea that even during transitions, there is still a steady rhythm underneath it all.
