A Question to Carry into Your Week

Before the Monday rush begins, take a quiet pause.

Close your eyes, place a hand over your heart, and ask yourself:
“If I truly believed nothing about me needed to be fixed... how would I live this week differently?”

Don’t force an answer. Just listen.

We spend so much time pushing our bodies to perform, adapt, and hold up under stress forgetting that true wellness starts with self compassion.

Massage therapy isn't about fixing a broken body.

It’s about honoring the one you have and giving it space to heal and rest.

How can you give yourself a little extra grace this week?

Ready to give your body the rest it deserves?

✨ Weekend Reflection for Your Body & Mind

Take a moment this weekend to notice your internal dialogue.

How are you speaking to yourself?

Would you speak to someone you deeply love that way?

If the answer is no…

pause, take a deep breath, and begin again.

Healing and well being don't just come from the physical care we give our bodies.

They start with the words, patience, and grace we offer ourselves every single day.

As you rest and recharge this weekend, treat your mind with the same gentle care and compassion you give to others.

And when your body needs that extra support to let go of stored tension, we’re always here to help you reset.

Wishing you a peaceful, restorative weekend.

The Soul Remembers

Be the Change, Be the Light

Your soul has never questioned your worth. Not once.

It has never asked you to prove yourself, strive for perfection, or become enough.

It simply invites you to remember who you have always been beneath the stress, expectations, and daily noise.

The light within you has not faded. It is simply waiting for a quiet moment to be noticed again.

Take a deep breath today. Give your body and mind the space to rest, recalibrate, and reconnect.

The Mind Remembers

Your mind is not working against you.

Every habit, fear, pattern, and protective response was created for a specific purpose.

Your subconscious mind has spent your entire life working to keep you safe.

Hypnosis is not about control.

It is about creating enough quiet to understand why those original patterns were created, allowing you to choose a better path forward.

Healing begins with understanding, not judgment.

Change Your Pace Hypnosis helps you rewire old patterns and step into lasting change.

After a massage, the best thing you can do for yourself is step outside and get grounded.

Cheryl is back at her childhood home doing exactly that, hugging a tree and soaking it all in.

It makes a world of difference when you take a few minutes to reconnect.

Try walking barefoot in the grass today, sitting by the water, or simply laying under a tree to watch the sunshine filter through.

What's your favorite way to get outside and ground yourself?

The Body Remembers

What if your body isn't asking you to push harder?

What if it's simply asking you to listen?

Your shoulders may be carrying more than muscles. Your jaw may be holding more than tension. Your nervous system has been working hard to protect you, and sometimes it just needs a chance to feel safe again.
Massage isn't about fixing you. It's about creating the space where your body can finally exhale, let go, and remember what healing feels like.

Maybe that's exactly what your body has been asking for all along. 🤍

Last-Minute Massage Openings This Week ✨

Your body has been carrying more than you realize.

Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant pace of life, our nervous systems can become stuck in "go mode." When that happens, we often notice more tension, disrupted sleep, headaches, anxiety, and a feeling that we just can't seem to fully relax.
Massage is so much more than working on sore muscles. Therapeutic touch helps encourage your body to shift out of its stress response and into its natural "rest and restore" state. As your nervous system begins to settle, your breathing deepens, your muscles soften, and your body remembers how to heal.

Mona has appointments available this week!
🗓 Tuesday: 11:30 am for 60 minutes

Thursday 10-2

Whether you've been meaning to take care of yourself or simply need a moment to exhale, we'd love to help.

Call the office or book online to reserve your session before these spots are gone. You can also see other practitioners schedules too.

Your body has been speaking all along. Maybe this is the week you pause long enough to listen.
