This little garden visitor this morning seemed like the perfect symbol for the season — moving gently, carrying its home, and reminding us that there is no need to rush the journey. 🐌💚

As the seasons turn and day meets night in perfect balance, nature reminds us to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and make space for what is ready to grow. 🌿✨

At Calypte Healing, we believe healing is a journey of reconnecting with yourself — through mindful movement, yoga, pilates, sound healing, energy work, nutrition, and practices that support greater balance and well-being.

8 years of us! ✨

Honestly… where has the time gone?! 😂
8 years filled with adventures, healing, laughter, hard work , beautiful memories and a whole lot of dancing.

And what better way to celebrate than coming back from Sun & Bass with full hearts, happy memories, and a serious need for sleep 😂☀️🎶
So amazing seeing so many beautiful people and sharing those special moments together.

Feeling very lucky, very loved, and very grateful for this crazy little life we’ve built.
