Beginning therapy is rarely an "easy" thing. I believe that focusing on strengths, talents, and abilities increases one's belief in self. I am here to offer understanding, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and am willing to explore with you, your goals for therapy. Together, we create a treatment plan, focused on what you have identified, as needing change.
