Join us for a full day of celebration as we commemorate 75 years of Artesia Christian Home!

Start the day with our 75th Anniversary Fall Festival, featuring family-friendly activities, festive entertainment, delicious treats, games, vendors, and community fellowship. Residents, families, past and present employees, volunteers, neighbors, and friends are all invited to celebrate this special season together.

Following the Fall Festival, we invite you to our 75th Anniversary Open House. Guests will have the opportunity to experience our beautiful community and discover what has made Artesia Christian Home a trusted place to call home for 75 years.

During the Open House, guests can:
>Tour our rehabilitation department
>Participate in Dementia Live and gain a deeper understanding of the experiences of those living with dementia
>Take a walk down memory lane through historical displays highlighting our 75-year journey
>Meet our dedicated team members
>Learn more about our services and senior living options
>Ask questions about the many levels of care we provide
>Enjoy light refreshments and anniversary hospitality throughout our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.

Join us for a special art showcase featuring the unique talents and creative expressions of Artesia Christian Home residents, employees, volunteers, family members, and local artists. The showcase will be in our AL Parlor and Lounge.

Come explore a beautiful collection of paintings, photography, mixed media, fiber arts, woodworking, ceramics, fresh florals, jewelry, and more all reflecting the gifts and creativity God has placed within each of us.

If you would like to submit a piece of art for all to enjoy please email or call us today! Don't wait as the deadline to submit art is 8/18! All art must be brought in with a stand or easel by 8/19, fresh florals on 8/20.

The Home has always been more than a place. It's a community built by generations of volunteers who have generously shared their time, talents, and hearts. From organizing events and caring for our grounds to supporting residents and preserving traditions, volunteerism has been at the heart of our story for decades.

There's something special about bringing generations together. 💙

This summer, we're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Senior Spark, a youth-led community initiative through the Dragon Kim Fellowship. Their mission is simple but meaningful: creating moments of joy, creativity, and connection with older adults through engaging activities like chair yoga, pottery painting, and nail art.

Volunteer efforts like these remind us that community is built through kindness, shared experiences, and time spent together. Whether it's painting a flower pot, trying a new activity, or simply sharing a conversation, these moments can brighten someone's day and strengthen the bonds between generations.

🍓✨ Our residents had a berry sweet time in the Tasting Kitchen today! 🍰💕
Everyone had so much fun getting creative while making delicious berry trifles. From layering fresh berries and fluffy whipped cream to adding the perfect finishing touches, there were plenty of smiles, laughter, and tasty treats to go around.
Nothing brings people together quite like good food, great company, and a little creativity! ❤️ We can't wait to see what's on the menu for our next Tasting Kitchen adventure.

Today, we're celebrating freedom, faith, family, and 250 years of America! Wear your best red, white, and blue, enjoy delicious food, make lasting memories, and give thanks for the many blessings we've been given.

As we celebrate this historic milestone for our nation, we're also looking ahead with excitement as Artesia Christian Home prepares to celebrate 75 years of God's faithfulness. For generations, we've been honored to serve our community with compassionate, Christ-centered care, and we can't wait to celebrate this special anniversary together.

Our residents had such a wonderful time decorating luminaria bags for the Greater Long Beach Relay for Life! 💜✨ Each bag was filled with creativity, love, and hope as they came together to support and honor those impacted by cancer. It was a meaningful afternoon full of laughter, connection, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special activity possible! 🕯️
