After reviewing the chart from a recent homebirth with Ashley of Birthing Characters , I thought, “It looks like all we did was listen to heart tones.” And honestly? I’m okay with that. 🤍
So much of what we bring to a birth starts long before labor. Preparing alongside our clients, building trust, and tending to our own nervous systems.
Preparing to enter the birth portal. To hold space. To act when needed. And to sit on our hands when appropriate, admiring the incredible work of our powerful clients.

I have a few December and January openings, including transfers to homebirth care, and I’m booking throughout 2027.

So excited to finally share a few beautiful new offerings through Ambrosia Birth Services 🤍
After many years of birth work, deep learning, community care, and stepping fully into this next season of midwifery, I’m honored to be expanding the ways I get to serve families and fellow birth workers throughout the Denver area.
✨ I am now accepting midwifery clients in the Denver metro area for community birth and personalized prenatal and postpartum care in close collaboration with a powerhouse of a midwife. So be excited for that.
✨ I am incredibly honored to host Nicole Morales of Restorative Midwifery here in Colorado, creating opportunities for community midwives and birth workers to gather, learn, and deepen hands on skills together.
✨ And finally, I’m so happy to be returning to one of my first loves in birth work: childbirth education. Supporting families through education, preparation, physiology, and informed decision making has always held such a special place in my heart.
This work has been built slowly, intentionally, and with so much support from mentors, teachers, clients, colleagues, friends, and community. I’m deeply grateful to continue growing alongside all of you.

This work has always been rooted in presence, trust, and making sure people feel supported in their choices and their bodies
There are so many ways to move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and I believe care should reflect the individual, not the system. 🫶🏽

Did you know Lactation is my absolute jam? All of it. I'm here for the first latch, for the hard parts. Here for those middle of the night tears when you can't figure out why the latch isn't quite right. When you're never quite sure if you're baby is getting enough. Should you wake the baby? What time is it? How long for each side? Should you be triple feeding? What about the pump? 🍼
I should be writing some type of practice guideline or creating a handout on homeopathy and registering for my last trimester of Midwifery School. Instead I am trying to figure out how to navigate the incredibly difficult pathways obtain my IBCLC so I can take insurance. 🫠 The joys of community care and owning a business. Lactation is still my jam though.
