⬇️ Goals that I have in mind with all of these:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Optimizing my overall health, fertility, and egg quality. It takes about 3 months for an egg to mature, which means your healthy habits and nutrition status for the 3 months leading up to conception can have a big impact on the health of the egg that you conceive with.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Preparing my body to handle pregnancy well. There’s no way to insure you won’t have to deal with a lot of the pregnancy pains and symptoms that so many women face.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However, I strongly believe that many of those common aches and pains can be traced back to imbalances and weaknesses that women have BEFORE pregnancy, they just don’t feel the symptoms of them until pregnancy progresses.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With that in mind, I want to address some of my mobility deficits now and go into pregnancy with good overall strength since no matter what, strength = resiliency against aches and pains.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ And last, but not least, I’m aiming to have habits locked in well BEFORE pregnancy that I know will serve me well during pregnancy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Am I saying that I think you HAVE to do all of this to have a healthy and comfortable pregnancy? Absolutely not and I’ve seen many many women have amazingly easy pregnancies without all of this prep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But, I’m a planner and I enjoy being proactive for things when I know what to do. So I’m happy to implement these things! If that’s you too, then I hope this gives you some ideas!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stay tuned because I’ll also be sharing things my husband is doing to prepare his fertility health, which is just as important for embryo and baby’s health incase you didn’t know 🙃.
