To all residents, family and friends of Brookdale Arvada:

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our friend and dedicated Maintenance Director, Tim Carlson. Our memories of Tim include his unending kindness and caring nature toward everyone around him. Tim made Brookdale Arvada feel like home and put his heart and soul into our community to make it the best that it could be for everyone who entered. Tim loved his friends and our residents deeply and was always the first to lend a helping hand. Most of all, he loved his dog Maeve. As we heal together through this tragedy, our memories of Tim will live on at Brookdale Arvada. Tim will truly be missed and never forgotten.
