Allergies acting up? 🌿

Many people are noticing stronger seasonal allergy symptoms this year, and some are even dealing with them for the first time. If your sinuses feel irritated, congested, or reactive, try this simple 3-minute acupressure routine to support comfort and easier breathing.

✨ 1. Bi Tong (EX-HN18)

Located on each side of the nose in the center of the crease beside your nostrils.

Use your index fingers to apply gentle pressure on both sides, then slowly pull outward and upward while taking slow breaths through your nose.
30–60 seconds

✨ 2. Hegu (LI-4)

Located in the fleshy area between your thumb and index finger.
Use the opposite hand to pinch the area and find a tender spot. Hold steady pressure.
30–60 seconds each side

✨ 3. Zan Zhu (UB-2)

Located at the inner edge of the eyebrows near the bridge of the nose.
Find the small notch in the bone and gently massage in circles.
30–60 seconds

🌿 Bonus Tip

If you tolerate peppermint oil well, apply a tiny amount to these points and just under the nostrils for a refreshing sinus-opening effect.
