Join us as Gardens Care Senior Living – Coyote Creek participates in the Annual Fort Lupton Tomato Parade at Trapper Days—a beloved community tradition celebrating Fort Lupton’s history, people, and Northern Colorado pride since 1908!

Our residents will be part of the excitement by creating parade signs and tomato-themed decorations, choosing materials, greeting community members, and proudly representing Coyote Creek throughout the celebration.

Gardens Care Senior Living is hosting a September School Supply Drive to support students, classrooms, and local organizations in the communities we call home.

We’re collecting new, unused school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, markers, folders, binders, glue sticks, scissors, rulers, and more.

Your donation can help our residents and team members make a meaningful difference for local students. 🎒✏️

📅 Donation Deadline: September 29
🎉 Packing Party: September 30
📍 Drop off donations at any Gardens Care Senior Living location.

Every Gardens Care home will select a local school, classroom, education foundation, Boys & Girls Club, or other community organization to receive the donations collected.
