NOW ENROLLING! The Still Point: ​A Process Group for Anxiety, Overwhelm, and the Restless Mind

This 6-week group is for adults whose anxiety has become a climate more than an event, and who have already tried the usual tools without quite reaching what's underneath. We'll work with the body, with present-moment awareness, and with what happens between people when anxiety is met instead of managed. No new skill to master. Just the practice of staying, together.

WHEN: Tuesdays from 6:30-8pm, Starting 10/13/26

STARTING SOON! A men's process group focused on the question "What do I actually want?" This group is for men who sense that something has gone quiet inside them — not dramatically, but in the ordinary way that happens when life organizes around obligation and keeping things together. Each week returns to one question: What do I actually want? That opens two territories: reconnecting with desire and longing buried under years of "should," and identity — who a man is beneath the roles he performs. This is a process group, grounded in real relationship, drawing on somatic inquiry, mindfulness, and parts work to support that exploration.
