City of Asbury Park Mayor & Council had a tough decision to make regarding allowing one of the wealthiest, lobbyist owned facilities operate in the municipality.

▪︎ When the city & leaders turned down offers from Breakwater ATC, the corporation spent months attempting to sue the city -- demanding their approval by the for more profits.
