Three years in a row! 💕

Mental health struggles don’t always look obvious…

Sometimes people are carrying anxiety, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, trauma, shame, or exhaustion while still showing up to work, responding to texts, taking care of others, or trying to keep life moving.

A lot of people silently struggle with feeling “too sensitive,” “too much,” “lazy,” “behind,” or frustrated with themselves for not functioning the way they think they should.

Mental Health Awareness Month can be a reminder that many people are carrying more than we realize, including ourselves! 🫶❤️💕
