3 Mindfullness Techniques for Mental Health

1. Body Scan: Pay attention to different parts of your body. Notice any sensations, tension, or relaxation. Relax any tense muscles.

2. Breathing Meditation: Focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth.

3. 3 Wins: Pause and name three things that went okay today, even small ones. This helps build awareness of positives.
