Heritage Ponds is a family adult foster care home near Ashby, MN. We are seeking a friendly homemaker to fill a part-time role of Direct Support Professional. We will also consider a full-time roll for the right candidate. We have a quiet, low-stress environment caring for 2-4 amazing people!

Duties include basic housekeeping tasks, meal prep, activities with residents, transporting residents, and some light personal cares.

3-5 days per week, 6-10 hours per day. Scheduling can be somewhat flexible. We're willing to make the schedule work for the right candidate. Opportunities for occasional weekend and overnight hours.

A background in nursing or caregiving is preferred, but not required. Requires a background check and successful completion of training materials within the first 30 days. 30-day probationary period applies. Wages start at $15-17/hr depending on experience.
