Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab offers 88 skilled beds, most are private rooms with bathrooms. Pleasant Manor offers all skilled services plus many amenities. Full therapy services offered in new therapy department. Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab has been selected as one of ten nursing homes in Arkansas to participate in culture change. This is a program that is changing the way nursing homes h

ave been managed in the past. Many residents now enter just for rehab to return to their homes. Pleasant Manor culture change allows residents to manage their own decisions regarding when they eat, as Pleasant Manor has restaurant style dining, when they bathe, shower and in fact control the timing of their care. Pleasant Manor also allows residents that a physically and mentally able to care for their pets to bring them to with them to nursing home.

🌟 RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT: PEGGY EVANS 🌟

We love celebrating success stories at Pleasant Manor Nursing & Rehab with Trilogy Therapy Services ! ❤️

Peggy Evans was admitted to our skilled nursing facility on April 23 following an aortocoronary bypass graft. When she arrived, Peggy required moderate assistance with daily functional tasks, but she was ready to work toward getting back home.

Through her dedication, active participation, and the support of skilled therapy services, Peggy made excellent progress! She achieved independence with activities of daily living, transfers, and ambulation with an assistive device. She also learned strategies to help her safely navigate transfers in her own home.

🏡 On May 11, Peggy successfully returned HOME with greater independence, improved safety, and renewed confidence in her mobility!

We are so proud of Peggy and all the hard work she put into her recovery. Congratulations, Peggy! It was an honor to be part of your journey home! ❤️👏

🌟 SUCCESS STORY: JERRY SCHNELLE 🌟

Jerry Schnelle was admitted to Pleasant Manor Nursing & Rehab on October 15, 2025, for rehabilitation following an intestinal obstruction and COPD.

When Jerry arrived, he was totally dependent with transfers, bed mobility, activities of daily living, and wheelchair mobility. But Jerry came ready to work. 💪

Over the next five months, Jerry worked diligently alongside our Physical and Occupational Therapy teams, showing incredible determination every step of the way.

Through hard work and skilled therapy, Jerry made remarkable progress, advancing to:

✨ Independence with activities of daily living
✨ Walking without an assistive device
✨ Independent functional mobility
✨ Independence with self-care tasks
✨ Improved strength and endurance

On March 9, 2026, Jerry discharged HOME! 🏡❤️

Jerry’s journey is a wonderful example of what determination, perseverance, and quality skilled therapy can accomplish. We are incredibly proud of how far he came and grateful we had the opportunity to be part of his journey.

Today, we’re celebrating an incredible rehab success at Pleasant Manor Nursing & Rehab! 💙👏

Linda Gonzalez joined us on May 30, 2026, for continued skilled care and rehabilitation. When she arrived, Linda required maximum assistance with daily activities, walking, transfers, and bed mobility.

But Linda came ready to WORK! 💪 Through hard work, determination, and dedication to her skilled therapy program, she has made amazing progress. Linda has now achieved independence with her daily activities, ambulation, transfers, and bed mobility! 🎉

And the best part? Linda is ready to GO HOME! 🏡❤️

She is returning home stronger, more mobile, more confident, and prepared to safely continue her journey forward.
