Dr. Keith is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who joined our Company in 2023. He was an attending physician at Randolph Health Emergency Room for a decade before transitioning to Urgent Care. He received a degree in biology from Belmont University and then attended medical school at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2008. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Henry Ford/Michigan State University in 2012. Dr. Keith was born and raised in a small town in western Kentucky. He lives in Asheboro with his wife and two children. He enjoys exercising, hiking the beautiful backcountry of Randolph county, cooking, gardening, and trying to be the best dad and husband he can be.

Ralph Michael, FNP-C started out as a paramedic. He later received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2000 from Winston-Salem State University. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in 2004. He is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ralph has experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and family medicine. He resides in Lexington, NC and enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming.

Olivia Hewett, PA- C, received her Bachelors of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and History
from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019. She attended PA school and received a Masters of Medical Science from High Point University in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys embroidery,running, and spending time with her dog.

White Oak Urgent Care is recruiting for a full time Medical Office Receptionist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Welcomes patients and their families to our urgent care.
2. Behave in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner at all times.
3. Answers incoming calls promptly.
4. Answers phone, screens and forwards calls, takes messages, and provides information as needed.
5. Schedules appointments.
6. Registers and verifies patient information within our practice management software.
7. Maintains order in the reception area.
8. Collects co-pays, payments, and past due patient account balances.
9. Provides reconciliation of collections daily.
10. Assists with other front office functions as appropriate.
11. Follows all regulatory and office policies and procedures.
